الشروط والأحكام
باستخدامك التطبيق أو بإرسالك طلباً، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
١. عن الخدمة والأطراف
تطبيق Vision Tools منصّة تشغّلها (). هذه الاتفاقية مبرمة بينك وبين Vyspir بشأن استخدامك للتطبيق.
يستخدم متجر فيجن تولز في سوريا التطبيق لبيع البلانرات والقرطاسية والهدايا. عقد البيع يقع بينك وبين المتجر، وهو المسؤول عن المنتجات وأسعارها وتجهيزها وتوصيلها وعن أي استبدال أو إرجاع. Vyspir توفّر البرمجيات فقط وليست طرفاً في عقد البيع ولا تبيع المنتجات.
يتيح لك التطبيق تصفّح المنتجات وإضافتها إلى السلة وإرسال طلب ليُوصَّل إلى عنوانك، مع الدفع نقداً عند الاستلام.
٢. الحساب
- يمكنك تصفّح المنتجات دون حساب، لكن إرسال الطلب يتطلب حساباً.
- تلتزم بتقديم بيانات صحيحة، خاصةً الاسم ورقم الهاتف وعنوان التوصيل — الطلب لا يصل بعنوان خاطئ.
- أنت مسؤول عن سرّية كلمة المرور وعن النشاط الذي يجري عبر حسابك.
- يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من: حسابي ← حذف — حسابي.
- يحق لنا تعليق أو إغلاق أي حساب يُستخدم في إساءة أو احتيال أو مخالفة لهذه الشروط.
٣. الطلبات
إرسالك للطلب هو عرض للشراء، وليس عقداً مكتملاً. يتم العقد عندما نؤكد الطلب — عادةً باتصال هاتفي. يحق لنا رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حالات منها: نفاد المنتج، خطأ واضح في السعر، عنوان غير صالح، أو تعذّر الوصول إليك.
٤. الأسعار
- الأسعار بالليرة السورية (ل.س)، ويُطبَّق السعر المعروض وقت إرسال الطلب.
- تُضاف أجور التوصيل إلى المجموع، وتظهر لك بوضوح قبل التأكيد.
- قد تتغيّر الأسعار في أي وقت، لكن التغيير لا يؤثر على طلب سبق تأكيده.
- إن ظهر منتج بسعر خاطئ بشكل واضح، نتواصل معك قبل التنفيذ ولك حق الإلغاء.
٥. الدفع
الدفع نقداً عند الاستلام فقط. التطبيق لا يقبل بطاقات ولا محافظ إلكترونية، ولا يطلب أي بيانات بنكية إطلاقاً. يُدفع المبلغ كاملاً لمندوب التوصيل عند تسليم الطلب.
٦. التوصيل
- نوصّل إلى المحافظات السورية التي تظهر عند إتمام الطلب.
- مدة التوصيل تقديرية وليست ملزمة، وقد تتأثر بظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.
- يجب أن يكون شخص قادر على الاستلام والدفع متواجداً على العنوان في الموعد المتفق عليه.
- إذا تعذّر التسليم بسبب عنوان خاطئ أو عدم الرد، قد نُعيد المحاولة أو نلغي الطلب.
٧. إلغاء الطلب
يمكنك إلغاء طلبك من داخل التطبيق ما دامت حالته «جديد» أو «قيد التجهيز»، من شاشة طلباتي.
بعد أن تصبح الحالة «قيد التوصيل» لا يمكن الإلغاء من التطبيق، لأن الطلب يكون قد خرج مع المندوب. في هذه الحالة تواصل معنا مباشرةً على .
٨. الاستبدال والإرجاع
إذا وصلك منتج تالف أو مختلف عمّا طلبت، تواصل معنا خلال ٤٨ ساعة من الاستلام مع صور توضّح المشكلة، وسنستبدله أو نُعيد لك قيمته نقداً.
المنتجات المخصّصة أو المطبوعة حسب الطلب لا تُرد إلا إذا كان بها عيب.
٩. صور المنتجات ووصفها
نحرص على دقة الصور والأوصاف، لكن قد تختلف الألوان قليلاً باختلاف شاشة جهازك، وقد تكون بعض الصور توضيحية. الاختلاف اليسير في اللون أو التغليف لا يُعدّ عيباً.
١٠. الاستخدام المقبول
تلتزم بعدم: إرسال طلبات وهمية، أو محاولة اختراق التطبيق أو الوصول لبيانات غيرك، أو إساءة استخدام الخدمة أو موظفينا.
١١. الملكية الفكرية
التطبيق واسمه وشعاره وصور المنتجات ملك لنا، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها تجارياً دون إذن خطي.
١٢. حدود المسؤولية
نقدّم التطبيق «كما هو». لا نضمن خلوّه التام من الأعطال أو توفّره دون انقطاع. مسؤوليتنا تجاهك عن أي طلب لا تتجاوز — إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون — قيمة ذلك الطلب. لا شيء في هذه الشروط يُسقط حقوقك الإلزامية بموجب القانون.
١٣. تعديل الشروط
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط. تُطبَّق النسخة السارية وقت إرسال طلبك، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.
١٤. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط للأنظمة المرعية في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكم المملكة بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.
أما ما يتعلق ببيع المنتجات وتوصيلها فيخضع أيضاً للأنظمة المعمول بها في سوريا حيث يعمل المتجر.
١٥. شروط خاصة بمتجر Apple
تنطبق البنود التالية على النسخة التي تُنزَّل من App Store:
- هذه الاتفاقية مبرمة بينك وبيننا نحن فقط، وليست مع Apple. نحن وحدنا المسؤولون عن التطبيق ومحتواه.
- يُمنح لك ترخيص شخصي غير قابل للنقل لاستخدام التطبيق على أي جهاز Apple تملكه أو تتحكم به، وفق قواعد الاستخدام في شروط خدمة App Store.
- الدعم والصيانة: نحن مسؤولون عنهما وحدنا؛ لا تتحمّل Apple أي التزام بتقديم أي خدمة دعم أو صيانة.
- الضمان: نحن مسؤولون عن أي ضمان صراحةً أو ضمناً. إذا لم يطابق التطبيق أي ضمان مطبّق، يمكنك إخطار Apple وستردّ لك ثمن الشراء إن وُجد (التطبيق مجاني)، ولا تتحمّل Apple أي التزام آخر.
- المطالبات: نحن — لا Apple — المسؤولون عن معالجة أي مطالبة تتعلق بالتطبيق، بما فيها مسؤولية المنتج أو مخالفة الأنظمة أو قوانين حماية المستهلك.
- الملكية الفكرية: في حال ادّعاء أي طرف أن التطبيق ينتهك حقوق ملكية فكرية، نحن المسؤولون عن التحقيق والدفاع والتسوية.
- الالتزام بالأنظمة: تُقرّ بأنك غير موجود في دولة تخضع لحظر من حكومة الولايات المتحدة أو مصنّفة كدولة «داعمة للإرهاب»، وأنك غير مدرج على أي قائمة أطراف محظورة أو مقيّدة لدى الحكومة الأمريكية.
- تلتزم بشروط أي طرف ثالث سارية عند استخدامك التطبيق.
- Apple والشركات التابعة لها مستفيدون كطرف ثالث من هذه الشروط، ويحق لها إنفاذها تجاهك.

By using the app or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.
1. The service and the parties
The Vision Tools app is a platform operated by (). This agreement is between you and Vyspir and covers your use of the app.
The Vision Tools store in Syria uses the app to sell planners, stationery and gifts. The contract of sale is between you and the store, which is responsible for the products, their prices, preparation, delivery and any return or exchange. Vyspir provides the software only, is not a party to the sale, and does not sell the products.
The app lets you browse products, add them to a cart and place an order for delivery to your address, paid in cash on delivery.
2. Your account
- You can browse without an account, but placing an order requires one.
- You agree to give accurate details — especially name, phone and delivery address. An order cannot arrive at a wrong address.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time: Account → Delete — Account.
- We may suspend or close an account used for abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The contract forms when we confirm the order, usually by phone. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price is obviously wrong, the address is invalid, or we cannot reach you.
4. Prices
- Prices are in Syrian Pounds (SYP). The price shown when you place the order is the price that applies.
- A delivery fee is added to the total and is shown clearly before you confirm.
- Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order already confirmed.
- If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel.
5. Payment
Cash on delivery only. The app accepts no cards or digital wallets and never asks for bank details. You pay the courier in full when the order is handed over.
6. Delivery
- We deliver to the Syrian governorates listed at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by circumstances outside our control.
- Someone able to receive and pay for the order must be at the address at the agreed time.
- If delivery fails because of a wrong address or no answer, we may retry or cancel the order.
7. Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order in the app while its status is New or Preparing, from the Orders screen.
Once the status is Out for delivery it can no longer be cancelled in the app, because it is already with the courier. Call us instead on .
8. Returns and exchanges
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the problem and we will replace it or refund it in cash.
Personalised or custom-printed items cannot be returned unless faulty.
9. Product images and descriptions
We work to keep images and descriptions accurate, but colours can vary between screens and some images are illustrative. Minor variation in colour or packaging is not a defect.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to place fake orders, attempt to break into the app or access other people's data, or abuse the service or our staff.
11. Intellectual property
The app, its name, logo and product images belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
12. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any order does not exceed the value of that order. Nothing here removes rights you have by law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies; the last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
The sale and delivery of products is additionally subject to the laws applicable in Syria, where the store operates.
15. Apple App Store terms
The following apply to the version downloaded from the App Store:
- This agreement is between you and us only, and not with Apple. We alone are responsible for the app and its content.
- You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on any Apple-branded product you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
- Maintenance and support: we are solely responsible for these; Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.
- Warranty: we are solely responsible for any express or implied warranty. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any (this app is free); Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Claims: we, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory non-compliance, and consumer protection claims.
- Intellectual property: if a third party claims the app infringes their intellectual property rights, we are responsible for the investigation, defence and settlement of that claim.
- Legal compliance: you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with any applicable third party terms when using the app.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
