سياسة الخصوصية
هذه السياسة تشرح بالتحديد ما البيانات التي يجمعها التطبيق، ولماذا، وأين تُحفظ، ومتى تُحذف. كُتبت لتطابق ما يفعله التطبيق فعلياً — لا أكثر ولا أقل.
باختصار: نجمع فقط ما يلزم لتوصيل طلبك — اسمك، رقم هاتفك، عنوان التوصيل، وسجل طلباتك. لا نجمع بيانات بطاقات بنكية، ولا موقعك الجغرافي، ولا نستخدم أي أدوات تتبّع أو إعلانات، ولا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة.
١. من نحن
تطبيق Vision Tools هو أحد منتجات ، ومقرها . Vyspir هي الجهة التي طوّرت التطبيق وتشغّله، وهذه السياسة بينك وبين Vyspir.
يستخدم متجر فيجن تولز في سوريا هذا التطبيق لعرض منتجاته وبيعها وتوصيلها إليك. المتجر هو البائع والمسؤول عن المنتجات والأسعار والتوصيل، وVyspir هي مزوّد المنصة التقنية التي يعمل عليها التطبيق.
من يتحكم في بياناتك: Vyspir هي المتحكم في بيانات حسابك (البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور وتسجيل الدخول). أما بيانات طلبك (الاسم، رقم الهاتف، عنوان التوصيل) فالمتجر هو المتحكم فيها بصفته البائع، وVyspir تعالجها نيابةً عنه لتشغيل التطبيق وتنفيذ الطلب.

تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple
إذا اخترت «المتابعة عبر Apple»، تُرسل إلينا Apple بريدك الإلكتروني واسمك فقط. إذا فعّلت خاصية «إخفاء بريدي الإلكتروني» فسنستلم عنوان تحويل خاصاً من Apple بدل بريدك الحقيقي، ولن نرى بريدك الأصلي إطلاقاً. كما أن Apple تُرسل اسمك في أول مرة فقط، ولهذا نحفظه عندها.
الوصول إلى الصور
يطلب التطبيق إذن الوصول إلى مكتبة الصور لحسابات المشرفين فقط، ولغرض واحد: رفع صور المنتجات إلى المتجر. لا يطلب التطبيق هذا الإذن من الزبائن، ولا يقرأ صورك في الخلفية، ولا يرفع أي صورة لم تخترها بنفسك.
٣. ما لا نجمعه
- لا بيانات دفع. الدفع نقداً عند الاستلام فقط؛ التطبيق لا يطلب رقم بطاقة ولا يعالج أي دفعة.
- لا موقع جغرافي. العنوان تكتبه أنت يدوياً؛ التطبيق لا يستخدم GPS.
- لا أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات أو إعلانات. لا نستخدم معرّفات إعلانية ولا نتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات أخرى.
- لا وصول إلى جهات الاتصال أو الميكروفون أو الكاميرا.
- لا بيع للبيانات. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية.
٤. مع من نشارك البيانات
نشارك القدر اللازم فقط، ومع مزوّدي خدمة يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنّا:
- Supabase — يستضيف قاعدة البيانات ونظام الحسابات وصور المنتجات. تُحفظ بياناتك على خوادمه.
- Apple — فقط إذا اخترت تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple، ووفق سياسة خصوصية Apple.
- المتجر (فيجن تولز) — يطّلع على اسمك ورقم هاتفك وعنوانك وتفاصيل طلبك، لأنه البائع الذي يجهّز الطلب ويوصّله.
- مندوب التوصيل التابع للمتجر — يستلم اسمك ورقم هاتفك وعنوانك، لتسليم طلبك فقط.
قد نُفصح عن بيانات إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك. عدا ذلك، لا تُشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف ثالث.
٥. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
- بيانات حسابك (الاسم، الهاتف، البريد، العناوين المحفوظة) تبقى ما دام حسابك قائماً.
- الطلبات تبقى بعد حذف الحساب. الطلب سجل محاسبي للمتجر، لذلك لا يُحذف — لكن يُفصل عن هويتك: يُزال ارتباطه بحسابك فلا يعود منسوباً إليك.
٦. حذف حسابك
يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت: حسابي ← حذف — حسابي.
الحذف فوري ونهائي، ويشمل ملفك الشخصي وعناوينك المحفوظة وحساب الدخول الخاص بك. كما هو موضّح أعلاه، تبقى سجلات الطلبات لدى المتجر بعد إزالة ارتباطها بك. إن واجهتك مشكلة، راسلنا على وسننفّذ الطلب يدوياً.
٧. حقوقك
يحق لك أن تطلب منّا: الاطلاع على بياناتك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها، أو الحصول على نسخة منها.
يمكنك تعديل اسمك ورقم هاتفك وعناوينك مباشرةً داخل التطبيق. لأي طلب آخر راسلنا على وسنرد خلال مدة معقولة.
٨. كيف نحمي بياناتك
- كل الاتصال بين التطبيق وخوادمنا مشفّر عبر HTTPS/TLS.
- يُحفظ رمز الدخول الخاص بك في حافظة مفاتيح الجهاز (Keychain / Keystore)، لا في تخزين عادي غير مشفّر.
- تُطبَّق قواعد صلاحيات على مستوى قاعدة البيانات (Row Level Security): كل زبون لا يستطيع قراءة إلا طلباته وبياناته هو، حتى لو حاول ذلك مباشرةً.
- كلمات المرور تُحفظ مشفّرة بطريقة لا يمكن عكسها.
لا يمكن لأي نظام أن يَعِد بأمان مطلق، لكننا نلتزم بهذه الإجراءات ونراجعها.
٩. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إذا علمت أن طفلاً زوّدنا ببياناته، راسلنا وسنحذفها.
١٠. تعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر التطبيق. سيتغيّر تاريخ «سريان المفعول» أعلاه، ونُخطرك داخل التطبيق إذا كان التغيير جوهرياً.
١١. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه السياسة لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، ونعالج بياناتك بما يتوافق مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL) المعمول به فيها.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains exactly what the app collects, why, where it is stored and when it is deleted. It is written to match what the app actually does — no more, no less.
In short: we collect only what is needed to deliver your order — your name, phone number, delivery address and order history. We collect no bank card details, no location, we run no tracking or advertising, and we never sell your data.
1. Who we are
The Vision Tools app is a product of , based in . Vyspir built and operates the app, and this policy is between you and Vyspir.
The Vision Tools store in Syria uses the app to list, sell and deliver its products to you. The store is the seller, responsible for the products, prices and delivery; Vyspir is the technology provider whose platform the app runs on.
Who controls your data: Vyspir is the controller of your account data (email, password, sign-in). Your order data (name, phone, delivery address) is controlled by the store as the seller, and Vyspir processes it on the store's behalf to run the app and fulfil the order.

2. What we collect

Sign in with Apple
If you choose “Continue with Apple”, Apple sends us only your email address and name. If you use Hide My Email, we receive an Apple private relay address instead of your real one and never see your actual email. Apple also provides your name only on the first authorisation, which is why we save it then.
Photo library access
The app requests photo library access for store admin accounts only, for one purpose: uploading product images. Customers are never asked for it. The app does not read your photos in the background and uploads nothing you did not pick.
3. What we do not collect
- No payment data. Payment is cash on delivery only; the app never asks for a card number and processes no payment.
- No location. You type your address; the app does not use GPS.
- No tracking, analytics or advertising. No advertising identifiers, and no tracking of you across other apps or websites.
- No access to contacts, microphone or camera.
- No sale of data. We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing.
4. Who we share it with
Only what is necessary, and only with providers processing data on our behalf:
- Supabase — hosts our database, accounts and product images. Your data is stored on their servers.
- Apple — only if you choose Sign in with Apple, subject to Apple's own privacy policy.
- The store (Vision Tools) — sees your name, phone, address and order details, because it is the seller that prepares and delivers the order.
- The store's delivery courier — receives your name, phone and address, solely to deliver your order.
We may disclose data where the law requires it. Otherwise it goes to no one else.
5. How long we keep it
- Account data (name, phone, email, saved addresses) is kept while your account exists.
- Orders are kept after account deletion. An order is the store's accounting record, so it is not deleted — but it is disassociated from you: the link to your account is removed so it is no longer attributable to you.
6. Deleting your account
You can delete your account inside the app at any time: Account → Delete — Account.
Deletion is immediate and permanent, and removes your profile, saved addresses and sign-in credentials. As explained above, order records remain with the store after being unlinked from you. If anything goes wrong, email and we will do it manually.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data.
You can change your name, phone and addresses directly in the app. For anything else email and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. How we protect it
- All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
- Your session token is stored in the device keychain (Keychain / Keystore), not in plain storage.
- Database-level access rules (Row Level Security) mean one customer cannot read another customer's orders or profile, even by querying directly.
- Passwords are stored using a one-way hash.
No system can promise absolute security, but we maintain and review these measures.
9. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above will change, and we will notify you in the app if a change is significant.
11. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we process your data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
